老實說，我不喜歡素食，在香港我從沒有主動走進一間素食餐廳。但對這間Lehka Hlava，即使不愛素食的我還是要大力推薦一下。它雖然以素食為材料，但以偏重調味的捷克料理手法烹調過後，味道口感豐富，令人忘記它是全「素」食。
